Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Bartender for The Roof Garden Restaurant who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
Serves beverages in an efficient, courteous manner. Demonstrates strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail preparation techniques. Makes suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences. Provides exceptional service for all guests and work to build relationships with returning guests. Maintains bar area & clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. General Requirements
1-2 years prior bartending experience Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification. Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information. Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Benefits we offer:
