About Crash Champions
Crash Champions is the largest founder‑led multi‑shop operator of high‑quality collision repair service in the U.S. Our services run through more than 650 state‑of‑the‑art locations in 38 states. Founded in 1999, we focus on people‑first collision repair.
Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
Communicate repair status with team members.
Perform quality repairs while keeping on‑time status in mind.
Decide on repair vs. replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access vehicle and fenders.
Participate in all required safety meetings.
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
Direct the work of an apprentice, explain procedures when needed.
Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine.
Certification in body repair preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
I‑CAR welding certified.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
Ability to supervise repair personnel.
Must pass a thorough background check.

Compensation Flag pay is guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements for all hours worked each week. Total flag pay range:
USD $65,000.00 – $174,600.00
per year.
