Emergency Medicine Physician Cambridge, OH
Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified, Board-Certified Emergency Medicine (EM) Physician or an experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician with EM experience to join our esteemed emergency department at OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. Position Details:
- Location: OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center, Cambridge, OH
- Facility Type: 16-bed Emergency Department
- Annual ED Volume: Approximately 27,000 visits
- Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, available 24/7 coverage
- Staffing:
- Physician coverage: 24 hours/day
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): 36 hours/day
- Electronic Medical Record: Meditech EMR
- Position Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)
- On-site Support: Administrative support available
- Residency & Relocation: Candidates should be residents of or willing to relocate within the immediate geographical area; relocation assistance to be discussed during the interview process.
- Experience Required:
- Candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine or have significant EM experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Not accepting recent graduates or applicants requiring visa sponsorship.

Qualifications:
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (preferred) or relevant experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with EM exposure
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Contracting Options:
- W-2 employment with benefits or
- 1099 independent contractor, with guaranteed shifts
- Hourly Rates:
- W-2: $240/hour
- 1099: $250/hour
- Additional $10/hour for night shifts
