The Behavior Intervention Developer (BID) supports students with disabilities by developing individualized behavior interventions. The BID designs Behavior Intervention and Support Plans, provides direct support to students, and manages Behavior Intervention Implementation Associates (BIIs). In partnership with the Director of Special Education, the BID ensures services are compliant and aligned with instructional models. This role collaborates with school leaders, educators, families, and support teams to provide a holistic, supportive educational experience. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention and Support Plans aligned with students IEPs Support hiring and onboarding of BIIs Develop BII schedules, assign students, and provide modeling and training Manage and coach BIIs, providing feedback and evaluations Conduct observations, monitor fidelity, and ensure data documentation Provide direct behavior intervention services to students as needed Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure integrated behavior supports Engage with families regarding student progress Maintain accurate documentation and manage caseloads Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with service providers Additional duties as assigned Core Competencies

Required: Masters Degree in ABA or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred Experience in ABA-based interventions Experience managing and coaching adults Excellent communication skills Maturity, humility, work ethic, humor, can-do attitude Additional Details
