Warehouse Helper / Delivery Driver
Schedule:
M-F 7:00am-5:00pm
Payrate: $20-23/hr.
Job Description:
Warehouse helper and driver. Job duties consist of miscellaneous warehouse functions including but not limited to cleaning and organizing of warehouse, taking inventory, performing physical inventory activities for the company’s equipment and products. Delivering and picking up equipment to and from jobsites, unloading equipment, cleaning equipment, etc.
This position requires forklift operation (training certification required) and a valid drivers’ license with a clean abstract. Experience with towing and a good knowledge of Oahu and the downtown area. Adaptability in work schedule.
Responsibilities
The position’s responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
  1. Maintain the warehouse equipment in accordance with the company’s inventory program. Assist Supervisor in keeping track of inventory items such as swing stage and other company equipment that require movements in and out of the warehouse.

  1. Report any damage or required repairs to company equipment to your supervisor. Rehabilitation or modification of any equipment shall be directed or approved by your Supervisor before the work is done or purchases are made
  1. Maintain the company’s warehouse and yard facility in a neat and orderly manner and dispose of unusable products or equipment in conformity with the company’s Hazardous Material program and governmental regulations.
  2. Maintain the company Hazardous Material Storage Area in accordance with company policy and consolidate hazardous or non-usable materials for storage in the Hazardous Material Storage area.
  1. Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment to and from the warehouse and job site with Warehouse Supervisor or field Superintendent.
Duties
The position’s periodic duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:
  1. On a weekly basis, meet with the Supervisor to review priorities for the upcoming week.
  1. Review the Companies equipment inventory program, to keep equipment in working condition and properly identified as to where equipment is located.
  1. Daily, inspect the warehouse and yard to assess housekeeping requirements. Perform housekeeping activities consistent with priorities for the week. (delivery vehicles shall be properly maintained, cleaned out at the end of every use)
  1. Any equipment returned to warehouse and any materials returned from job sites and determine the appropriate area for storage or method for disposal.
  1. As directed by the Supervisor, prepare to mobilize equipment and materials for specific jobs. As this may include early or late start times.
  1. As requested by the Supervisor, deliver or make arrangements to deliver equipment and materials to and from the warehouse to the job site. All items must be
