Mangat Group INC is hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator-Earthmoving in Camp Verde

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with strong earthwork experience to join our growing construction team. This role is hands-on and focused on production — operating scrapers, dozers, and loaders on large residential and commercial sites.

If you know dirt, grades, and how to keep machines moving efficiently, this is a solid opportunity with steady work and good crews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate scrapers (primary), dozers, and loaders
• Perform cut & fill, rough and fine grading
• Work on large-scale earthwork projects (subdivisions, commercial sites, utilities support)
• Read grade stakes, plans, and direction from foremen
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience operating heavy equipment (scraper experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable running:
• • Scrapers
  • Dozers (D6–D8 or similar)
  • Loaders
• Experience in earthwork, grading, and mass dirt
• Understand site safety and jobsite communication
• Reliable, punctual, and production-minded
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions
