Job Description

Recruiter - $25/hour to $28/hour

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a company in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will handle high volume of recruiting and have a background in retention methods/programs as well as support other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Conduct interviews
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Conduct retention programs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of high volume recruiting
High school diploma or GED is required
Great attention to details and organizational skills
Efficient in computer usage, Microsoft Suite, E-Verify, and background checks
