Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team at 2W Technologies, Inc. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to support all recruitment activities, ensuring the identification and engagement of top-tier talent for our organization. This position plays a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify and attract high-quality candidates across multiple roles.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring an ongoing pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Prequalification: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the hiring managers to understand position requirements, recruitment strategies, and hiring priorities.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting 2W Technologies, Inc. as an employer of choice by sharing content and engaging with potential candidates through social media and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally within the technology, software, or professional services sectors.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
