Janitor / Cleaner - Bilingual [Spanish]
Schedule: 8am -5pm
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Location : Northeast Houston, 77073
**We are seeking a Janitor / Cleaner for our client in the Northeast Houston 77073 zip code!**
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Cleaning offices, break room and restrooms
- Cleaning duties such as floors, counters, desks, removing trash
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Bilingual
- Spanish
- English
