Motor City Cleaning Company is looking for a part time or full time cleaner.

Motor City Cleaning Company is looking for someone reliable to perform basic janitorial tasks such as pulling trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting surfaces.

About the Job:

• Shift Hours- Monday - Friday 7:00pm -2am with alternating Saturday and Sunday.
• Occasional weekends are required.
• 3 to 5 days per week.
• Pay Based on experience.

Janitor Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Dust furniture and fixtures (including high dusting)
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.

Janitor Job Qualifications

• Good organization skills
• Good verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Time-management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners
• Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must live in the within 15 miles of Plymouth,MI
