Job Description

General Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance work including but not limited to: bed maintenance, shrub and hedge trimming, spring/summer/fall/winter clean-ups, weed whacking, etc.
Lawn mowing, weed whacking, edging
Performs all aspects of snow removal, including snow blowing, snow plowing, salting & shoveling
Safely transport of crew members, trucks, trailers, equipment and material.
Safely operate company equipment.
Read, understand and communicate daily work assignments while effectively prepping for the workday.
Wears appropriate clothing and safety equipment in accordance with OSHA and COVID-19 guidelines.
Complete necessary paperwork and end of day close-out requirements.
Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisors.

Requirements:

2+ year’s experience required in all aspects of lawn maintenance.
Ability to do efficient physical work in all climates for 8-12 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs.
Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s license with clean record.
Dependability is essential!
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Compensation:

Paid Weekly
Determination of salary is based on experience
