Job Title Program Manager III
Location Omaha Nebraska
Main Skills: Data Analysis and Change Management, reviewing dashboards and workstreams across the organization.
· Focused on Data management and change management
· Review dashboards,
· Build a data platform
· Support program dashboard in workstreams and be responsible for change management
· Navigate data analytics across organization
· As they onboard the print facility report on Change Management to the printing platform.
· Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations
· Silo teams – enforcing collaborative thinking and execute
· Tracking status, deliverables, etc
· Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)
· Navigate ambiguity and force actions
· Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition
· Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place
· Execution – build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program
· timeline to align on dependencies and critical path
· Tolerance for change – enforcing the teams to do things differently can be exhausting
Job Title: Program Manager III - Change Management

· Change Management Lead for Program Management, working with Systems and operational changes. Keep project management informed on what's next for the platform.
· Organization does not have a change management platform. Person would be introducing concepts of what change management can do. and bring in a framework, Show value to upper- level management.
· Organization Change Management (OCM) is required for the role
· Program with 7+ workstreams
· Client onboarding while changing the platforms (infrastructure, print and facility
· operations)
· 12-18 effort with significant orchestration of timelines, solutions, status, etc.
· Ability to curate content for internal and possibly external communications
· Town Halls, recorded interviews
· Set a good example of the value of change management – speak to what could be
· possible for *** beyond this one program
