- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current Oklahoma RN license
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
- Strong passion for patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the service area
- Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor
