Job Description

The Project Executive will:
  • Lead large-scale healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial projects valued at $20M-$50M+, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
  • Collaborate directly with the President and Regional Manager to drive growth and strengthen the company's presence in Indianapolis.
  • Own project strategy-including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management-to keep projects on track and profitable.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams, building a high-performing project organization.
  • Oversee documentation and execution through Procore, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in commercial or industrial construction project management
  • Proven success managing multiple large-scale or technically complex projects
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and scheduling software
  • Strong financial acumen, contract knowledge, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and team development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships
