Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Office Assistant for a busy production company in Brooklyn.
We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and ready to help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining company records
Prepare and organize purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Help schedule deliveries and coordinate between the office and production floor
Track office supplies and reorder as needed
Support management with general administrative projects
What You’ll Need
1+ year of office or administrative experience, ideally in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
