Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Office Assistant for a busy production company in Brooklyn.
We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and ready to help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining company records

  • Prepare and organize purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents

  • Help schedule deliveries and coordinate between the office and production floor

  • Track office supplies and reorder as needed

  • Support management with general administrative projects

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience, ideally in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
