• Weekly pay – $17.00 per hour

• Provide professional, polite, and empathetic customer service

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing through email and by phone services offered by the franchise owner

• Assist customers with their product and service need in person through email and by phone

• Process customers salves through the point-of-sale system

• Opens and closed the center cash register and other center systems

• assist management in maintaining, ordering and stocking inventory

• maintains the center consistent with established standards

• interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS courier and other vendors and all store staff

• sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes

• captures, complete tasks, and organizes virtual mail

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and issues

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or IVR systems

• Assess customer needs and provide accurate solutions

• Up-sell and cross-sell and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiatives

• Generate sales leads from inbound and outbound calls

• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

• Document customer interactions and update account information

• Process returns, refunds, and provide shipping tracking information

• Follow all customer service policies and procedures

• Aim for first-call resolution and customer retention

• Day Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monday – Saturday

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Able to translate customer requirements into final product services

• proficient in Microsoft office applications, Google Suite, Windows and operating systems and other computer hardware software

• valid driver's license required/ must be able to operate a vehicle

• High School Diploma or GED

• must be able to lift 5LBS

• ability to fill in need if needed at sister location in lacey

• must be able to work flexible hours

• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or client services a plus

• Excellent phone communication and listening skills

• Basic computer skills (data entry, call tracking, updating customer profiles)

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Authorized to work in the United States
