Seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher for a Local Company:

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls with a positive attitude and respond to phone messages from customer
• Direct incoming calls to the specific company departments
• Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team member
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assist in dispatching when necessary

• Professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Excellent computer skills and excellent phone disposition
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service or other related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Stand, bend, squat, lift, and move.
