These Bilingual Customer Service – Call Center jobs require at least one year of call center experience and a High School Diploma or GED. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, follow provided scripts, and accurately enter information into multiple systems. You will resolve customer issues professionally, communicate with internal teams, adhere to your assigned schedule, and maintain reliability and punctuality while providing excellent customer service.
Work Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
