Intrinsic Solutions Marketing is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our fast-growing team in Sacramento, CA—and we’re only considering applicants who are local to the Sacramento area.

This is a ground-floor opportunity designed for ambitious, outgoing individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll play a key role on our promotional team—representing client brands, connecting with customers, and helping drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent major national brands through in-person retail marketing campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and build brand awareness
• Learn foundational skills in marketing strategy, customer relations, and sales
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet goals and deliver results
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training to sharpen your skills
