PT- outpatient needed asapFacility Setting? Outpatient clinic-at hospitalNumber of beds in your facility? Licensed 355Preferred experience level? Min of 1 year Preferably ortho and neuroWhat is the work schedule for this position? Normal business hoursEMR for your facility: CernerScrub colors / dress code: any color scrub no denim-no cartoons, or khaki slacks and polo shirt-any color-no artificial nails or SNS-must be no longer than ¼ of an inchParking Location: parking garage or lot across the street- any where that signs do not say visitor or patients or anything else specific (ie clergy, outpatient etc.)
Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
