Position Overview

We are seeking a

bilingual (English/Spanish)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

to join our dynamic team in a

hybrid role

that combines in-person care at our Glen Burnie clinic with remote telemedicine flexibility. This clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, and collaborative treatment planning for clients across the lifespan.

New graduate NPs are welcome —we offer structured mentorship, supervision, and a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management sessions.

Provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking clients.

Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and clinical leadership to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR.

Participate in care coordination, staff meetings, and clinical discussions.

Utilize evidence-based practices, patient education, and supportive interventions.

Support ITC's mission of providing accessible, high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services.

Qualifications

Required:

Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.

Required:

Fluent in

Spanish (verbal and written) .

Eligible for Maryland NP licensure and DEA registration.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Comfort with hybrid (in-person + telehealth) service delivery. xsgimln

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120,000 – $155,000

based on experience and caseload capability
