What You Will Receive as Nurse Director – Maternal Child Health Competitive compensation:

$237,000 – $274,000 / yr

What You Will Be Doing as Nurse Director – Maternal Child Health Establish and lead best practice models for Maternal Child Health patient care delivery

Design and oversee patient care delivery systems and clinical practice standards across multiple locations

Lead investigations and resolution of patient, family, or member concerns related to care and services

Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, and external providers to ensure safe, high-quality care across the continuum

Manage staffing, resource utilization, equipment, supplies, and medication use

Maintain accountability for patient and employee safety and regulatory compliance

Provide clinical supervision, ensure competency and licensing compliance, and perform clinical duties as required

Recruit, train, develop, and retain nursing leadership and staff; support succession planning

Oversee operational and project budgets; analyze costs, forecasts, and financial performance

Drive quality improvement initiatives, survey readiness, and audit preparation

Lead multidisciplinary teams in a

24/7 operational healthcare environment

Direct emergency preparedness planning and ensure staff readiness

Lead strategic initiatives to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes

What You Will Need to Have as Nurse Director – Maternal Child Health Must-Haves Maternal Child Health experience, including Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Required Qualifications Minimum

7 years of experience in patient care delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Minimum

7 years of experience

in business operations, clinical healthcare, or a related field

Minimum

2 years of experience managing operational xsgimln or project budgets

Minimum

2 years of leadership experience with direct reports

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required at hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire
