Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a diverse healthcare team. Currently looking for provider to see patients in our outpatient office but there may be opportunities to round at other facilities in the future.

Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Facilitate telehealth visits as well as in person patient visits Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care Qualifications: Previous experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant (1-3 years of experience preferred) Active medical license and board certifications Ability to build rapport with patients and office staff Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Currently hold or able to obtain DEA license Ability to work and navigate computer-based programs such as EHR, word apps and google workspace Compensation: We are offering 1099 for this position with base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 Under this 1099 contract, we will cover malpractice cost Work requirement: M-F during normal business hours 8am-5pm (flexible), weekends possible Offering $10,000 signing bonus contingent on 2 years of continuous employment with Sanova Medical Group.
