ServiceNow Tester

Location: McLean, VA / Plano, TX – 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite), Duration: 6+ months

Overview

Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
• Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years QA experience.
• 3+ years ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC).
• Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience.

Preferred

• ServiceNow certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience.
