Company Description Insightful Care Psychiatry is an established outpatient psychiatric practice founded by Donna Dempsey MS APRN, currently comprised of two full-time psychiatric nurse practitioners providing compassionate and expert mental health care. We are seeking an additional PMHNP to join our growing team. This position will begin on a part-time basis and transition to full-time as the practitioner’s patient caseload develops. Our goal is to support a thoughtful, sustainable onboarding process while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care. Located in St. Petersburg, Florida, our practice integrates the latest research and best practices in psychiatric care, ensuring that each treatment plan is both effective and tailored to the individual. We provide psychiatric care with kindness, respect, and responsive communication. Role Description This is a part-time to full-time on-site role for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Insightful Care Psychiatry. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health disorders, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications and delivering compassionate, patient-centered outpatient psychiatric care. We recognize that building a role within a private practice takes time.
