Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse on Per DM rate to join our team! You will be responsible providing nursing care for patients, performing assessment, medication review, and treatment of assigned patients as per physicians orders, education and safety management, and care according to each patients individual need.

Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
