As an RN with Goodhelp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' health and care needs - Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families - Provide skilled nursing care and supervision as needed - Monitor and evaluate clients' health status regularly - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care delivery - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio - Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a similar setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and xsgimln as part of a multidisciplinary team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes - CPR certification is preferred
