Utilize the Axxess system for medical documentation and record-keeping. Requirements Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment. Knowledge of sterile processing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with pain management practices and critical care nursing is advantageous. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Axxess, is desirable.
