ADP is hiring a Sr. Data Analytics Consultant. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Sr. Data Analytics Consultant that will utilize analytical skills to support business analysis and reporting needs. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business to understand requirements, obtain the necessary data or information, and deliver reporting and analysis that supports data driven decision making. You will be hands-on with data - able to extract, manipulate, interpret, and present findings in a clear and concise way.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage data, reporting, and analytics projects
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, needs, and challenges
Document requirements and gather necessary information for business reporting and analysis needs
Query and extract data from multiple systems (SQL, BI tools, spreadsheets, etc.)
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks - providing actionable insights
Develop and maintain reports, analysis, or other self-service tools to support ongoing business needs
Ability to translate technical findings into clear and concise outputs or recommendations for non-technical audiences
Collaborate with data governance, data, and analytics teams
Support ad-hoc requests and provide timely insights for informed decision-making
Assist in the review and testing of production dashboards
Works on other short duration or one-off assigned projects and/or performs other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BA/BS degree (major in Business or Information Sciences preferred) OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and/or experience required.
2-5 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Desire to continually learn new things and grow professionally
Proficiency with SQL and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Requires strong interpersonal skills, good presentation and communication skills and analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Looker, etc.) and best practices
