The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and providing exceptional service to employees. The HR Administrator oversees benefit enrollments, COBRA administration, and 401(k) processes, while also maintaining accurate payroll deductions and benefit records. Additional responsibilities include policy management, unemployment administration, and collaboration with third-party administrators and banking partners. This role also supports recruitment efforts for office staff, coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR compliance, and a commitment to supporting both employees and company objectives. *Maintain and update company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Review and screen resumes for office staff positions; Prepare and administer new hire benefit packets and onboarding materials. * Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life, STD, LTD, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness plans. * Complete and submit required benefit claim forms and support documentation. * Administer and manage unemployment claims and documentation. *Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or Benefits Administration required. *Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K w/ Company Match, Paid Time Off, & More Job Type: Full-time Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance *
