Key Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions within Workday, including onboarding and offboarding
• Respond to HR inquiries and manage HR documentation for employees
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
• Strong experience with Workday HRIS, including data entry and reporting
• Knowledge of automation and AI tools for process improvement
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
