Firm Overview
We are an operator‑oriented investment platform focused on acquiring and scaling lower‑middle‑market businesses through control investments. We are long‑term oriented and partner closely with management teams to drive operational improvement and durable value creation. The firm is currently investing its first institutional fund, with approximately $300 million of committed capital, focused on control‑oriented private equity investments across targeted sectors.
Role Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership across investment, business, and select personal matters. This is a trusted role requiring discretion, judgment, and strong ownership. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs while supporting a fast‑moving investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities and time zones
- Coordinating travel logistics and itineraries, including last‑minute changes and multi‑stop travel
- Serving as a key point of contact for inbound communication; managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
- Coordinating meetings with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing documents for signatures, maintaining organized records, and supporting document workflows
- Tracking action items, follow‑ups, and deadlines; ensuring commitments are executed reliably
- Supporting internal process organization, including meeting notes, agenda preparation, and light project management
- Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Assisting with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, principals, or founders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfort with scheduling tools and collaboration platforms
