Now Hiring: Business-to-Business Sales Professional

St. Joseph & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time | Local Travel Required

Are you a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships and helping businesses grow? Do you enjoy a consultative sales approach and the opportunity to make a measurable impact in your local market? We’re seeking an Outside Sales Developer to expand and strengthen partnerships with businesses throughout the St. Joseph area.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering tailored marketing solutions to local businesses by:

  • Managing and expanding an established portfolio of business clients

  • Developing new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement

  • Selling integrated marketing solutions, including radio advertising, digital display, streaming audio, social media promotions, sponsorships, and live events

  • Creating and presenting professional proposals and customized marketing strategies

  • Building long-term client relationships through consultative selling and follow-up

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a professional who brings:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of the St. Joseph market or surrounding areas

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • High level of organization, accountability, and self-motivation

Education & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

  • Personal cell phone and computer required

  • Ability to travel locally and work in varying weather conditions
