Job Description

GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a premier provider of recycling solutions in the Western U.S., who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team in their corporate office near Jurupa Valley.

In this role, you'll:

Lead corporate accounting operations, including month- and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff while ensuring GAAP compliance.
Partner with leadership on audits, tax compliance, and process improvements.
Gain exposure to a wide range of corporate and intercompany accounting activities.

Ideal Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in accounting management/supervision preferred
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
Strong GAAP knowledge
CPA is a plus but not required
Construction, manufacturing, or environmental services industry experience is a plus
