Production Lead – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm

We’re looking for a Production Lead to join our client's Custom Products department. In this role, you’ll help set up jobs, oversee pallet builds, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, leading a team, and keeping production moving, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up jobs based on customer specs and pallet design
• Direct and train team members on safe, efficient assembly
• Inspect incoming materials and monitor product quality
• Coordinate materials and schedules with the supervisor
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe workplace

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing or forklift experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read tape measures/blueprints and perform basic math
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally 75 lbs)
