Competitive salary: $294,528-$312,000

$30,000 sign-on bonus

(paid 50% at start, 50% at 6 months)

Full-time, outpatient primary care practice

Work alongside dedicated mid-level providers and multidisciplinary support teams

Meaningful, continuity-based care for a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Opportunity to practice the full spectrum of family medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, and womens health

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to individuals and families

Perform exams, develop treatment plans, interpret diagnostics, and manage chronic conditions

Deliver preventive, acute, and behavioral health-focused care

Perform minor office-based procedures and routine womens health services (Pap smears, pelvic exams, family planning)

Participate in quality initiatives (UDS, HEDIS), peer review, and team-based care programs

Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and support staff

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all compliance standards

Participate in after-hours call rotation and support continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

MD/DO from an accredited institution

Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)

Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

Current DEA registration & BLS certification

Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

Commitment to health equity and community-based primary care
