HR Manager (Temp) - Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $50-$65/hr (DOE)

Overview
Seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for a growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ER investigations and coach managers
  • Oversee onboarding, performance processes, and policy enforcement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage HR reporting, audits, and process improvements
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years progressive HR experience
  • WA employment law expertise
  • ER investigation experience
Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
