Pay Rate: $50-$65/hr (DOE)
Overview
Seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for a growing organization.

- Lead ER investigations and coach managers
- Oversee onboarding, performance processes, and policy enforcement
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage HR reporting, audits, and process improvements
- 5-7+ years progressive HR experience
- WA employment law expertise
- ER investigation experience
