We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities and assist with month-end close. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoice processing, and smooth payment application-critical to maintaining strong financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Review and code vendor invoices to the correct accounts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain vendor records (W-9s, insurance certificates)
- Assist with year-end 1099 reporting
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contract terms
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Post and apply incoming payments accurately
- Resolve billing issues quickly and professionally
- Support month-end and year-end closing tasks
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain organized records
- Provide documentation for audits and respond to inquiries promptly
- 2+ years of AP and/or AR experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- On-site in Tulsa, Monday-Friday, standard business hours
