Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities and assist with month-end close. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoice processing, and smooth payment application-critical to maintaining strong financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
  • Review and code vendor invoices to the correct accounts
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Process weekly check runs and electronic payments
  • Maintain vendor records (W-9s, insurance certificates)
  • Assist with year-end 1099 reporting
Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contract terms
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Post and apply incoming payments accurately
  • Resolve billing issues quickly and professionally
General Accounting
  • Support month-end and year-end closing tasks
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain organized records
  • Provide documentation for audits and respond to inquiries promptly
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of AP and/or AR experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
Work Setting & Schedule
  • On-site in Tulsa, Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
