Cherry Picker / Dock Worker
ProLogistix is hiring a Dock Worker / Cherry Picker Operator to join our team at a leading food distribution facility in Reno, NV. In this role, you'll spend about 60% of your time operating a Cherry Picker forklift to move and organize product within the warehouse. The remaining 40% of your time will involve manually creating pick tickets and preparing orders for shipment.
Pay: $23.00 per hour | Schedule: Sunday Thursday | 5:00 PM until done (812 hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Cherry Picker / Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Perform shipping and receiving duties: unloading trucks, checking in orders, preparing outbound shipments
- Stock and organize parts in shelving, storage areas, and the parts counter
- Provide quality customer service to walk-in/physical customers
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized parts counter and warehouse environment
- Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Assist with purchasing and replenishment of inventory items
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience (Cherry Picker or Reach Truck required)
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and parts stocking
- Ability to work with customers in a professional, service-focused manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
