Manufacturing Technician
Technicians perform routine and critical manufacturing operations, including but not limited to work functions in equipment preparation, formulation, and vial filling activities. This role involves working with a variety of equipment such as vial cappers, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation units, centrifuges, and mills. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and the application of aseptic techniques.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain documentation related to assigned work, including logbooks and batch records.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
- Apply aseptic techniques during operations.
- Prepare and filter solutions; fill and label vials.
- Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilize equipment.
- Participate in the assembly of products.
Essential Skills
- 0 1 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency.
- Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Sterilization experience of at least 1 year.
- Experience as a Machine Operator for at least 1 year.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in cleanroom environments.
- Willingness to work in a sterile lab space and wear extensive PPE including glasses, gloves, and a full body ventilated suit.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
