Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up industrial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented leader with extensive experience managing large-scale industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role demands strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Direct all phases of industrial construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and related documentation.
Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project risks and challenges to maintain schedule and budget goals.
Serve as the primary client-facing contact, providing updates and maintaining professional relationships with consultants and stakeholders.
Prepare and present progress reports, budget analyses, and key project metrics to leadership and clients.
Support procurement, logistics, and resource planning to optimize project efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, with significant industrial construction exposure.
Proven track record delivering large-scale industrial projects successfully from start to finish.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in construction management software, project documentation systems, and reporting tools.
