I am currently working with one of New Jersey's most prestigious boutique firms, who are actively seeking a Corporate Attorney to join them. In terms of the opportunity, here is the headlines:

The Role
Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions:
including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt‑financing and corporate governance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements:
including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters:
including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
Advise clients on Compliance:
Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

Corporate Law Experience
