What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage complex projects from estimating to project completion, coordinating with detailing teams and vendors

Provide total contract management, ensuring effective coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery of products

Lead the change order process and interpret plans and contract terms for team members and customers

Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers

Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling to update leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Minimum 2 years of project management, commercial, detailing, customer-facing, or rebar experience

Strong mathematical skills and critical thinking abilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Self-starting, positive problem solver with initiative and enthusiasm

Experience in customer relations and resolving disputes

Basic knowledge of contract law and standard business practices

Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others

Familiarity with ACI codes and CRSI standards
