Base Pay Range $66,000.00 – $105,500.00 per year.
Role Overview We operate across GA, MS, and NC. This position is eligible for fully remote work.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Apply claims‑management experience to evaluate claims, determine correct actions, and resolve them appropriately.
Maintain clear, timely communication with all parties involved in the claim process.
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and clients, demonstrating empathy throughout.
Handle claims in line with corporate policies, statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
Document all claim activity promptly to support successful resolution.
About You
Minimum 5 years handling lost‑time/indemnity claims with extensive litigated‑file experience.
Experience in GA, MS, and NC jurisdictions.
Active adjuster licenses in GA, MS, and NC.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Minimum 5 years related claims experience.
Appropriately licensed in all applicable states.
Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
Computer proficiency with claims and business software.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
