Responsibilities

Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. You have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and a knack for setting the tone in the branch. You have outstanding leadership skills, with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees. You are a master of multitasking and can manage competing priorities in the branch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong decision‑making skills. You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with adherence to policies. You have the ability to influence, educate, and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.

Preferred Qualifications

You have a college degree or military equivalent.

Training and Travel

You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. You’ll need to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other factors. Felony convictions within the last seven years will disqualify. Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves Chase customers with personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We lead in credit card sales and deposit growth and offer the most-used digital solutions, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
