Assistant Brewer (Rotating Shift)

Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Pay: $24-$26/hr, plus $2/hr additional when working overnight hours.
Position Description The Assistant Brewer supports the 24‑hr brewing process by performing various tasks in the brewhouse, cellar, and packaging areas. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience with brewing, with opportunities to learn in a fast‑paced, automated environment. The Assistant Brewer will work closely with senior brewing staff, ensuring the highest levels of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Assist in the brewing process from wort production through fermentation.
Support daily brewhouse operations, including tank cleaning, filtration, and yeast management.
Conduct CIP procedures on brewing and packaging equipment.
Monitor fermentation processes and support quality control efforts.
Maintain a clean and organized brewing environment.
Participate in the handling and storage of raw materials.
Document brewing processes and assist with data entry for plant efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Brewer or Assistant Brewmaster.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous brewing, winery, or distillery experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
Rotating Shifts every ~12 weeks Overnight/Days/Afternoons (10p/6a/2p start), 5 x 8 hr shifts per week.
Work in a team‑oriented and fast‑paced environment focused on quality and cleanliness.
Full Time.
