About the Role As a Junior Estimator/Parts Professional, you will provide friendly, accurate support to our customers, including:
Communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating tow‑ins for broken‑down vehicles.
Managing accounts receivable, contacting clients about outstanding payments, and accurately processing vehicle parts.
Working closely with our estimator to prepare and build auto repair and maintenance estimates, learning the estimation process and progressing toward a full‑fledged estimator role.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of professional work experience.
Desire to learn about the automotive industry and grow into an estimator role.
Preferred experience working in an automotive collision, maintenance, or dealership environment (not required).
