What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions. Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions. Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and training to team members. Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards. Participate in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise architecture. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems. Experience with third-party managed packages and API integration principles. Experience using Lucidchart or Visio or another visualization tool. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and coaching team members. Bonus Points if You Have Knowledge of UML. Experience using Jira. Previous development experience. Cloud and enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
