What's the Job?
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the technology platform, ensuring stability and performance.
Identify potential production failure scenarios, create incident tickets, and communicate effectively with teams.
Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution of complex issues using advanced technical skills.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best‑practice guidelines.
What's Needed?
10-12 years of experience in production support of Java web applications.
3 to 5 years of experience with Java and Web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML).
Proficiency with Linux/Unix OS commands and knowledge.
Experience with Oracle, PLSQL, and tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox, Remedy.
Programming skills in Python, with experience analyzing Java heap and thread dumps.
