About Work Zone Traffic Control Work Zone Traffic Control is part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network and delivers expert traffic management services across Colorado and New Mexico. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, Work Zone partners with CDOT to design well-managed traffic plans, oversee lane closures, flagging operations, custom signage, and equipment rentals for construction zones—all in service of protecting both workers and the traveling public.

Vice President Operations Work Zone Traffic Control currently has a Vice President of Operations position available. To qualify you must have previously been a Branch Manager and/or possess managerial experience in Traffic Control and Permanent Sign Installation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and lead branch managers in operations of Work Zone Traffic Control.

Build client relationships and develop strategies related to company policies and procedures.

Coordinate labor and equipment logistics between branches

Serve as a hands-on role in every aspect of construction management including completing projects by completion dates.

Ensure quality compliance

Facilitating discussions and problem solving at a branch and corporate level

Bidding projects

Meet and work closely with other executives

Analyze reports and financial statements

Other duties assigned by the General Manager of Work Zone Traffic Control.

Compensation Offered

Salaried position ($110,000- $130,000)

Eligible for health insurance after averaging 30 hours per week for 60 days

Eligible to participate in employer matching 401K and profit sharing
